Ez a Sütiszabályzat a [Szuda-Nagy Kft.] (a továbbiakban: „Adatkezelő”) által üzemeltetett weboldalra vonatkozik
és az Európai Gazdasági Térség (EGT) és Svájc állampolgáraira és jogszerű tartózkodóira érvényes
1. Bevezetés
Weboldalunk sütiket és egyéb kapcsolódó technológiákat (a továbbiakban: „sütik”) használ.
A sütiket harmadik felek is elhelyezhetik, akikkel együttműködünk.
Az alábbi tájékoztatóban ismertetjük, hogyan és milyen célból használunk sütiket.
2. Mik azok a sütik?
A süti egy kis szöveges fájl, amelyet a weboldalunk küld az Ön böngészőjébe, és amely az Ön eszközén (számítógépen, telefonon stb.) kerül tárolásra.
A süti segítségével a weboldal felismeri Önt a következő látogatáskor, és bizonyos beállításokat vagy preferenciákat megőriz.
3. Mik azok a scriptek?
A script egy programkódrészlet, amely biztosítja a weboldal megfelelő működését és interaktivitását.
Ez a kód futtatható a mi szerverünkön vagy az Ön eszközén.
4. Mik azok a webjelzők (web beacons)?
A webjelző (vagy pixel tag) egy kisméretű, láthatatlan képelem, amely lehetővé teszi a weboldal forgalmának nyomon követését, például hogy mely oldalakat látogatják meg a felhasználók.
5. A sütik típusai és céljaik
5.1 Funkcionális sütik
Ezek a sütik elengedhetetlenek a weboldal megfelelő működéséhez.
Segítségükkel például megőrződnek az Ön beállításai vagy a bevásárlókosár tartalma.
Ezek elhelyezéséhez nem szükséges az Ön előzetes hozzájárulása.
5.2 Statisztikai sütik
Ezek segítségével anonim módon adatot gyűjtünk arról, hogyan használják látogatóink a weboldalt.
Az így nyert adatok célja a felhasználói élmény javítása.
Ezeket a sütiket csak az Ön hozzájárulásával helyezzük el.

7. Hozzájárulás kezelése
Amikor Ön először látogat el a weboldalra, egy felugró ablak jelenik meg, amelyben tájékoztatást kap a sütik használatáról.
Ön az egyes kategóriákhoz külön-külön adhat hozzájárulást.
- Csak az alapvető (funkcionális) sütik kerülnek automatikusan elhelyezésre.
- A statisztikai vagy marketing sütik kizárólag az Ön kifejezett hozzájárulása esetén aktiválódnak.
- Hozzájárulását bármikor visszavonhatja vagy módosíthatja a [Süti beállítások] menüpontban.
8. Sütik engedélyezése, letiltása és törlése
Ön a böngészőjében bármikor törölheti vagy letilthatja a sütiket.
